Grading Recommendation
Only worth grading if the comic can achieve a 9.8 after a press. In its current visible state (~7.5 to 8.0), the grading fees would likely exceed the value added. A 'Clean and Press' is recommended if aiming for professional encapsulation.
Notable Features
First appearance of Shriek (Frances Louise Barrison). Significant 1990s key issue as it launches the 'Maximum Carnage' storyline and is the first issue of the Spider-Man Unlimited series. Features the 30th Anniversary Iron Man corner box (1963-1993).
Authentication Notes
The cover displays the correct glossy cardstock used for early 90s Marvel specials. The $3.95 cover price and the Iron Man anniversary logo are consistent with authentic May 1993 first printings.
