Recent eBay sales for raw copies range from $12 to $25 depending on crispness of the white cover. 9.8 graded copies have stabilized around $75.
Grading Recommendation
Only worth grading if intending to get an artist commission/sketch on the cover. As a blank 'raw' book, the grading fees usually exceed the market value unless it is a guaranteed 9.8.
