Condition & Value

Condition Grade

Near Mint (9.4)

Condition Details

Appears well-preserved in bag and board. White cover is susceptible to soiling and minor scuffs; visible slight corner softness at top right and minor spine stress common to white cardstock covers.

Estimated Market Value

Raw: $10 - $20 | Graded (9.8): $60 - $85

Recent Sales

Recent eBay sales for raw copies range from $12 to $25 depending on crispness of the white cover. 9.8 graded copies have stabilized around $75.

Grading Recommendation

Only worth grading if intending to get an artist commission/sketch on the cover. As a blank 'raw' book, the grading fees usually exceed the market value unless it is a guaranteed 9.8.

Notable Features

First appearance of the Future Foundation. Spider-Man joins the team. Blank white sketch cover variant intended for commissions at conventions.

Authentication Notes

Authentic Marvel 'Variant Edition' branding in bottom right. Correct creator credits (Hickman/Epting/Mounts) at top. Cardstock thickness is consistent with 2011 blank variants.
