This issue features the first appearance and origin of Northguard (Philip Wise), a Canadian superhero. Wise is contacted by P.A.C.T. (Progressive Allied Canadian Technologies) to wear a high-tech experimental uniform to fight against the ManDes (Manifest Destiny) terrorist organization.

Visible surface price sticker on the top center of the cover/bag. General shelf wear, softened corners, and visible spine stress ticks. Moderate color rub on the black background. Scuffing visible on the plastic polybag which may obscure some minor surface defects on the cover itself.
