Condition & Value
Condition Grade
Good (CGC 2.0)
Condition Details
Heavy wear and damage. The comic is enclosed in its original polybag which is severely torn, melted, or damaged at the top. The inner comic book shows heavy wear with significant creasing, tears, spine stress, and potential water or heat damage from the compromised polybag.
Estimated Market Value
Raw: $1 - $3, Graded: Not applicable due to low condition and negligible value.
Recent Sales
Sovereign Seven #23 in raw fine or better condition typically sells for $1 to $3. Damaged copies have virtually no market value.
Grading Recommendation
Not worth professional grading. The grading and slabbing fees would far exceed the market value of the book, especially given the severe damage visible on the polybag and comic.
Notable Features
Retains the original polybag (though severely damaged). Features work by legendary X-Men writer Chris Claremont.
Authentication Notes
Appears to be an authentic 1990s DC publication still sealed or trapped inside its original promotional polybag, showing standard age-related plastics degradation.
