Grading Recommendation

Not recommended for professional grading. The cost of grading (approx. $25-40 plus shipping) exceeds the current market value of a mid-to-high grade raw copy. Only worth grading if it were a guaranteed 9.8 white-page copy.

Notable Features

Direct Edition copy (Spider-Man icon). Notable as part of the transition period right before Walt Simonson took over writing/art duties. Features Heimdall in a prominent battle against Thor.

Authentication Notes

Authentic 1980s Marvel stock. Paper shows natural slight off-white aging. Print registration and staples appear correct for 1983 production.
