Part 3 of the 'Pursuit' storyline. Following the death of Harry Osborn, Spider-Man (Peter Parker) is on a relentless hunt for the Chameleon, who has been manipulating Peter's life using Life-Model Decoys of his parents. This issue features a confrontation between Spider-Man and the Chameleon.
