Spin-off from the main G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero series. This issue features a mission where a G.I. Joe team (Wet-Suit, Torpedo, and others) infiltrates a downed Russian bomber in the Baltic Sea to retrieve a top-secret encryption device before the October Guard can.
