Condition & Value
Condition Grade
Near Mint (CGC 9.4)
Condition Details
Book appears to be in unread condition inside a protective bag with a Midtown Comics Certificate of Authenticity affixed to the exterior bag. Sharp corners, clean edges, and no obvious spine stress or color-breaking creases visible through the polybag.
Estimated Market Value
Raw: $20 - $40 (with COA and signature); Graded: $60 - $100 depending on signature verification (e.g., Beckett or CGC Signature Series)
Recent Sales
Modern Midtown Comics signed exclusive variants with store COAs typically command a modest premium over raw cover price depending on the creator's popularity.
Grading Recommendation
Not recommended for standard grading unless seeking CGC Signature Series witness authentication, as aftermarket COAs (like Midtown's green sticker COA) do not guarantee a yellow label from CGC without witnessed signing.
Notable Features
Features a Midtown Comics Certificate of Authenticity sticker for writer Pornsak Pichetshote, part of the DC All In initiative.
Authentication Notes
Accompanied by a store-issued Certificate of Authenticity from Midtown Comics placed on the outside of the bag. True third-party signature authentication (such as Beckett or JSA) would be needed to verify the signature for universal slab authentication.
