Genuine DC product from the early 1990s. The 'foil' is a chromium laminate applied to the cardstock cover. Authentic copies exhibit a specific metallic sheen and 'stiffness' to the cover compared to standard paper issues. Printing registration on the 'DC' bullet and issue number 82 is clear and aligned.
