A cross-company crossover featuring Batman (Bruce Wayne) and Spawn (Al Simmons). The two heroes face off against a resurrected mercenary named Croatoan in Gotham City. This is the DC-published counterpart to the Image-published 'Spawn/Batman' by Miller and McFarlane.

The book appears very sharp under the poly-bag. Minor surface scuffing visible on the dark areas of the cover due to the glossy cardstock nature. Slight corner blunting on the bottom right. Interior pages cannot be assessed but edges look clean.

Recent raw sales on eBay range from $12 to $30 depending on condition. 9.8 graded copies consistently sell near the $100 mark.
Grading Recommendation
Not recommended for grading unless it is a guaranteed 9.8. The value of a 9.2 or 9.4 raw copy is similar to the cost of the grading fees themselves. A press and clean might help remove surface impressions.
