Condition & Value
Condition Grade
Very Good (CGC 4.0)
Condition Details
Heavy wear visible across the cover, significant corner blunting, moderate to heavy spine stress ticks with color-breaking creases, spine roll, scuffing along the edges, and minor surface dirt.
Estimated Market Value
Raw value estimated between $1 to $5. Graded value is negligible due to the low condition grade, making professional slab costs higher than the book's value.
Recent Sales
Recent raw sales for this issue in similar low-to-mid grade conditions range from $1 to $3 on secondary markets like eBay.
Grading Recommendation
Not recommended for professional grading (CGC/CBCS). The cost of grading would far exceed the market value of the comic in a Very Good condition grade.
Notable Features
Part of a multi-title crossover event ('Dead Again!') featuring Darkseid and other Apokoliptian elements. Direct Edition with a barcode box featuring a 'DIRECT SALES' indicator.
Authentication Notes
Standard DC Comics printing standards for 1994, featuring proper staple placement, paper stock, and traditional comic code authority stamp, showing no signs of counterfeiting.
