First appearance of Battle Beast (Thokk). Invincible, Atom Eve, and several other heroes travel to space to deal with a threat, leading to a brutal confrontation where Battle Beast defeats the heroes with ease. This issue established the power scale of the Viltrumite universe and introduced one of the series' most iconic fan-favorite characters.
