The West Coast Avengers (Hawkeye, Iron Man, Tigra, Mockingbird, and Wonder Man) find themselves trapped in the year 1876. In this issue, titled 'Time-Quest', they encounter legendary Marvel Western heroes including Two-Gun Kid, Rawhide Kid, and the Phantom Rider. The team must navigate the dangers of the Old West while searching for a way back to the present.
