Part 1 of the 'Back on Track' story arc. Wally West continues to adjust after the return of Barry Allen. This issue marks the first interior work on the title by legendary artist Mike Wieringo, whose style defined The Flash for the 1990s.

The comic appears to be in high-grade condition. There are very minor spine ticks visible upon close inspection, sharp corners, and excellent color vibrance. The surface gloss is high. There is a slight blunting on the bottom left corner and minor shelf wear along the top edge.
