The story 'The Khaos Factor' features the first appearance and origin of the character Khaos. The team (Nightcrawler, Shadowcat, Phoenix, etc.) battles the Ghath on a technologically advanced Earth-alternate reality. This issue was part of the 1993 'polybagged' annuals summer event.
