First issue of a meta-horror romance series. Joan Peterson finds herself trapped in a cycle of romance comic book tropes. Every time she finds 'true love,' she is whisked away to a new setting and life (a western, a 1950s suburb, etc.), beginning to realize something is deeply wrong with her reality.
