Condition & Value
Condition Grade
Very Fine (CGC 8.0)
Condition Details
There are prominent diagonal wrinkles or creases running across the upper left and top center portion of the plastic bag/cover, minor spine stress visible, corners appear relatively sharp with minimal blunting.
Estimated Market Value
Raw value: $15 - $30. Graded (CGC 9.2-9.4): $40 - $70.
Recent Sales
Recent online sales for this specific MJ 60 Years variant raw hover around $20 depending on platform and exact condition.
Grading Recommendation
Given the noticeable diagonal creases on the cover, professional grading may not yield a high enough grade to justify the cost unless those are entirely in the Mylar/bag and not on the comic itself. If the book is pressed and the creases are removable, it could grade around 9.2.
Notable Features
Part of the Mary Jane Watson '60 Years of Style' variant cover program celebrating MJ's history across various Marvel titles, featuring artwork homaging classic comic tropes.
Authentication Notes
Appears authentic with standard Marvel barcode, official Marvel branding, correct cover stock, and crisp ink registration consistent with modern first-printing Marvel issues.
