Condition Details
Appears to be in nice condition inside a protective bag and board, minimal handling wear with sharp corners and clean edges visible, though minor spine ticks could be present upon closer raw inspection.
Estimated Market Value
Raw value estimated around $10 to $20; Graded CGC 9.8 potential value around $50 to $80 depending on current market demand for modern keys.
Recent Sales
High demand for Absolute Batman #1 due to the launch of DC's Absolute Universe initiative, with raw copies frequently selling above cover price.
Grading Recommendation
Not generally worth professional grading unless aiming for a guaranteed 9.8 for a personal PC collection, as modern high-print first issues often cost more to grade than their immediate return.
