Surface gloss appears strong. Minor spine stress marks visible upon close inspection. Top right corner shows slight blunting. Edges show very minor white chipping common for this era and stock.
Estimated Market Value
Raw: $5 - $15; Graded (9.8): $60 - $100
Recent Sales
Recent eBay sales for raw copies range from $5 to $12 depending on the presence of the original trading card. CGC 9.8 copies consistently sell for around $80.
Grading Recommendation
Not recommended for professional grading unless a 9.8 grade is guaranteed. High print run (millions) makes lower grades common and low in value. Pressing might improve the grade, but the cost of grading often exceeds the market value of the book.
Notable Features
First appearance of G.W. Bridge. Issue originally came polybagged with one of five different collectible trading cards. This is a massive '90s key with a very high print run.
Authentication Notes
The high-gloss cover stock and 1991 Marvel trade dress are consistent with authentic copies. UPC box contains the 'Spider-Man head' graphic indicating it is a Direct Market edition.
