Recent Sales
Raw copies in similar mid-to-low grade (VG range) have recently sold between $12 and $30. Higher grade NM copies (9.4+) can command over $200.
Grading Recommendation
Not recommended for professional grading. The costs of grading (shipping, fees, and insurance) would likely exceed the market value of a 4.0 copy. It is better kept as a raw reader's copy or in a bag and board for personal collection.
Notable Features
52-page giant issue ('Bigger and Better' era). Iconic Joe Kubert cover art. Features a 'first encounter' theme involving Sgt. Rock and a Tiger Tank.
Authentication Notes
The comic appears to be an authentic 1972 Bronze Age original. The paper aging (tanning), 25-cent price point, and the specific 'Bigger and Better' spine branding match the production standards of DC Comics from early 1972.
