Raw copies in similar condition consistently sell for $8-$12 on eBay. CGC 9.8 copies have recently sold in the $70 range.
Grading Recommendation
Generally not recommended for professional grading unless a 9.8 grade is guaranteed, as grading fees may exceed the market value of the book. A press might improve the spine stress to push it toward a 9.4/9.6.
