Not recommended for professional grading. The cost of the grading service (approx. $25-$40) exceeds the market value of the comic in this mid-grade condition. It is a common 'dollar bin' issue from the early 90s.
Notable Features
Features the early appearance of Victor Zsasz and Jeremiah Arkham. This is a Newsstand Edition, indicated by the barcode in the lower-left corner as opposed to a Direct Edition graphic.
Authentication Notes
The comic appears to be an authentic 1992 newsstand copy. The paper quality and color registration on the red border are consistent with the high-gloss cover stock used by DC during this era.
